Priest Ordination in the Holy Metropolis of Korca.
The ordination services are always beautiful and exciting for both the ordained priests and their relatives as well as for all the faithful who participate and claim “Axios” at the end of the service. Since 1992, under the care of Archbishop Anastasios, a new generation of clergy has been educated and ordained. There are one hundred and sixty clergy who serve today in our churches. All of them have completed higher education and belong to different ranks of priesthood.
Ordinations are also made by the Metropolitans of our Church. On Sunday, December 4th, 2022 a beautiful Divine Liturgy was celebrated at the Resurrection of Christ Cathedral in Korca, during which Deacon Harallamb Biba was ordained to priesthood by Metropolitan Joan of Korca.
