On October 17-th, 2011 “Logos” University began the new academic year, opening its doors for many young students who will continue on the path of knowledge. Having been opened in the 2010, this university is a gift of His Beatitude, Professor-Dr. Anastasios, eminent scholar and well known throughout the world. This university is a gift not only for the Orthodox community, but for the entire country. Its’ academic staff are highly prepared for all the subjects. They are professors, doctors of sciences and lecturers who received their degrees both inside and outside of the country, to train capable students who are well prepared for the job market not only in Albania, but also in the European Community. Logos is not a new university. The foundation was laid by the two year professional institution “Spirit of Love”, which was founded in 2000. Logos University is a successor of 10 years experience and has a very beautiful professional building with modern laboratories, a library with the contemporary literature etc. Logos University is a non-profit university and the tuition costs to enter in this university are the lowest, and so the most competitive. A fact that is confirmed by the enrollment of the substantial number of students who have chosen it. “Logos” University has two faculties: Applied Sciences and Economy, with programs in full compliance with the Bologna System such as: Finance Accounting, Business Management, Tourism Management, Applied Informatics, High Technical of Medical Laboratories.
