On June 24th our Church celebrates the election of Archbishop Anastasios, from the Ecumenical Patriarchate in 1992, as the head of the Orthodox Autocephalous Church of Albania. To remember this important date in the Annunciation of Theotokos Mary church, in Tirana was celebrated the Divine Liturgy, leaded by Archbishop Anastasios him self and members of the Holy Synod of our Church. Many faithful from some cities of our country and also young people from the summer camps of our Church est. had came to participate in this Divine Liturgy. Below we will present you the work of the Archbishop Anastasios during these years in Albania.
